WOA: p04a051 Children’s village Ilaniah in Apeldoorn, Netherlands. Photo Boris Kowadlo c.1948 Ilaniah was founded in Apeldoorn near Utrecht in mid-1947. A vast majority of 500 children in Ilaniah were orphans from Romania and German DP camps. ORT trained 300 of them on pre-vocational courses.
